Activities Aim of Indian Pharmacological Society is to be an apex body promoting need based research in Pharmacology and other need based sciences and to improve quality of life through inventions. West Bengal Branch of the Society as an integral part, aims similar objective meeting the aspiration of the parent body. Indian Pharmacological Society West Bengal Branch  primarily is engaged To foster the science of pharmacology To promote research in pharmacology and allied disciplines, with particular reference to the current health needs of the country and national health policy For the advancement of pharmacology in the country To collect, evaluate, disseminate and employ scientific knowledge about drugs for the benefit of the country To conduct and participate in the Workshops and CEMEs on advancement of research and innovations on Pharmacology and Physiology   A programme had been scheduled on 20th November, 2022 at 4 P.M. at the orphanage of Shree Gauranga Gaudiya Mission Sevashram at Muragacha Payarabagan, Jugberia where we had handed over the blankets and a Godrej Refrigerator among under privileged orphan girl children (about 60 nos.) with our love and affection.
